also i have Zunko Tohoku (the last Voiceroid+ made by AHS, september 2012) but she works only with native japanese OS (applocal and NTLEA will not help), zunko works only through native japanese OS (i've tried, i have japanese msdn win7)
she made not as standalone application but bunch of framework and visual c++ libraries, exe itself is only 343kb, it looks like japanese programmers did all to avoid using her for non-japanese users)
