Yan He (言和; Yán Hé) is the second Chinese VOCALOID and the winner of the second VOCALOID CHINA contest. She is being developed by Bplats/Shanghai He Nian and Yamaha. The design was drawn by MQ and is part of the Yan He Project. Yan He was released 11th of July 2013.

yes, but without singer editor on 3.0.5.0 (limited functionality), the latest correct AE was 3.0.4.0 which have no direct support for chinese vocaloids without modifications
