米斯提克教（Mistic）的人长年在寻找一些长得像女孩的男孩，他们策划着一个伪娘补完计划，该计划是将这些在他们看来有做伪娘潜质的男生化装一下混进女子学校。通过对学生的好感，实施推倒计划。克里斯蒂（Christie，其实是化名）在他11岁时就想过自己什么时候有条件就好好伪一次。但是他始终处在伪与不伪之间，因为他对自己的长相以及化装能力实在是有点抱怨。不过他表示自己有一天一定要超过瑞穗。虽然克里斯蒂的第一次伪娘装扮在大家看来，他完全有能力混进女子学校，但是他却不喜欢这样做。然而米斯提克教的人却抓住了他的心理，于是就开始了进一步的计划。
另一方面，米斯提克教的人早就把毒手伸向镝木瑞穗，这个长着美少女脸的男孩。17岁那年，他收到了圣应女子学院的录取通知（后得知原来是米斯提克教的人设下的圈套），他不相信这件事，没想到米斯提克教的人居然已经为他准备好所有装扮了。然而瑞穗是个从小就学武术的人，所以他对于逃生这种事非常在行，他跳出窗口逃跑。他心里知道如果被抓的话肯定没什么好结果，尽管他腿脚在跳窗时受了伤，但是他还继续逃跑。当他走进一家数码广场时，营业员给他介绍了一种新型的PET（个人电脑终端），有了这个终端，他就能在流浪在外的时候避免迷失方向。他从PET的附件电波眼镜中看到了无线电波，他意外发现有一种被称为电波星人的东西正在战斗着。而其中一个，居然逃进了他的PET。没想到的是，电波星人居然能使用电波融合，这样，瑞穗就能变身成战士。（Denpa Henkan其实就是Electric Wave Change）瑞穗有能力去面对邪恶的米斯提克教的人。

本文主要素材：原SC现IV论坛的部分人物乱入，圣应女子学院人物乱入，流星洛克人故事情节乱入。
本文采用全英文书写。

Kaburagi Mizuho, the great great grandson of the Seio Girl Academy creator, because of his girly face, he is always disguised as a girl by Mariya since childhood. When he was seventeen, he recieved an admission from Seio Girl Academy. He knew that it is a scheme which made by the evil and escape out the window. He find that it was the Mistic Cult who made this evil plan. He didn't want to be dressed as a girl, so he fought against Mistic.
Mikado Mariya, Mizu,ho's confidante since childhood, at first she didn't know that it was Mistic who want Mizuho to enter Seio. But soon, she found that after Mizuho's grandfather gone, the inherit present is a member of Mistic, it was he made such an evil plan.
Itsukushima Takako, Seio Student Union President, because her family iss the espionage of Kaburagi family in business, after the new president took office, she was ambushed by the Mistic members for several times, it was Mizuho who saved her every time.
Christie, he use this name because of he likes female dresses. He wants to disguise himself since he was eleven. But he is not satisfied in his face and ability. So when he knew about Mizuho, he wanted to overcome him.
Angelot, a girl who is always disguised that she didn't know anything, she always just stand and watch, think of everything is none of her business. But if it is interested by her, she always supported.
Blues, a man FM planet, because of the FM coup, he escaped from FM planet and landed on the earth, he could use Electric Wave Change with Mizuho, the made up fighter is named "Protoman." No one ever knows that Protoman is just Mizuho.

Anyone who want to be the character, just tell me.

Not such an english anime. It is edited by the dialogue just between Christie and me. Still Christie did not change his mind and call me Tenshi-chan. I am angry about that, because those Touhou fans always think of I like Hinanai Tenshi（比那名居天子） best.

That's because of those guys from SC always call me Tenshi-chan. In Japanese, “天使”and “天子”has the same voice "Tenshi", so those Touhou fans think of I like Hinanai Tenshi. So I want to pursue you that please call me Zero but not the others. But it's a pity that Christie still calls me as "Tenshi-chan".
