Well you are wrong. I am the translator who translate Chinese into English.
I was late. They have done 16 episodes already. If you don't mind of it. This August, you will no longer see the Chinese subbed version but only English subbed version by DATS!

八月的话咱基本上不在网络上出现了，因为DSH课程安排很紧张，占着这根小水管也没上网的时间了，所以我把网络转租给别的同学了，签约到5月31号截止……

Although I finished Deltora Quest translation work, there are still more to do for the editors. Due to I don't have time to watch those subbed episodes, the proper names I used are not the one they used. So I called the editor to fix them.
In fact, there are many difference between languages. I find that the translator in the Chinese subtitle team is not the same one. I saw different versions of proper names.
But for DATS. Since the ex-translator is vanished for a long time, I translated episodes from 17 to 65. At this rate, they can continue the project which is delayed for three years.
I searched Deltora Quest on different websites such as "hebsitez" "Minithreatre" and so on. But find no English-subbed versions. Only DATS did the translation work. But they delayed it due to the translator is vanished. So Greg, the administrator said that I am the only hope.
Due to I am not good at Japanese, he offered me Chinese subbed version, take advantage of Chinese, I can translate it into English. Then I left the next work to the editor and it seems that they will start to release episodes on August. But it will be a long time. Maybe one episode per week or maybe slower.
But don't worry. The following animes which I translated will be released this summer:
1. Ontama
2. Hipira-kun (One Episode already)
3. Kanokon OVA
4. Deltora Quest (17-65)

In fact, English subbed anime can be found anywhere. It is the hottest version. Even in Japanese websites you can find English subbed animes.

You know, I am the worst translator in DATS I thought of, but Warrock-kun doesn't think so. Greg wants me to do the work because I can do it on time, not like the others. So they consider me as their hope and say that I am a good translator.
So, I want to practice more. I prefer to be a translator to to be a volunteer.
Since my computer is not that well, I think that input English is easier.
On the other hand, I wish you join me. No matter which subject you major, you will probably failed to graduate if you are poor in English. I don't want someone like my brother's wife meet the same problem, she gaved up due to she is not good at English and can't pass the examination. She tried for several times but failed again and again.
