Yes. If I were you, I can only finish one or two of them or even worse than that.
Somehow, Google is only a translation engine, it can't replace human. So you should only consider it as a dictionary but not a translator.

When you enter Wall Street English, you can find some computers which are installed this kind of softwares. You can train on it before you talk to a real foreigner whose native language is English. But it is expansive to study in Wall Street English.
